The seven knives included are a bread, small chef's, large chef's, paring, shaping, boning, and carving. The other tools consist of a chef's fork, spatula, lemon peeler, lemon zester, melon baller, potato peeler, and sharpening steel. The knife blades are hand-finished in Switzerland of high-carbon, no-stain steel with tapered, ground edges, and the handles are molded of Fibrox, a pleasingly textured synthetic that provides excellent grip even when wet, and resists bacteria growth for the utmost in hygiene.
